1. If We Messed Up

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you—no hassle. Just send us photos and a note within 30 days of delivery.

2. If Your Package Ghosts You

If your order never shows up, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and make it right.

3. If You Changed Your Mind

Sorry, since everything is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like ordering the wrong size or color. (Check those sizing charts, friends!)

4. If We Sent the Wrong Size/Color

Our bad—that’s on us. Tell us within 30 days, include photos, and we’ll fix it at no cost.
